Acceptance of Terms & Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of industrial automation components, surplus inventory, replacement parts, and repair services provided by Radwell International. Any contrary or additional terms contained in customer purchase orders or correspondence are explicitly rejected unless executed in writing by an authorized officer of Radwell International.
Service Usage & Platform Access
You represent and warrant that all information supplied during account registration, inventory querying, or order placement is accurate and current. Unauthorized data extraction, automated scraping, account sharing, or attempts to compromise site infrastructure are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of services.
Orders, Quotations & Pricing
All orders are subject to inventory verification and formal acceptance by Radwell International. While we endeavor to maintain precise stock and pricing data, typographical errors or abrupt supplier fluctuations may necessitate order cancellation or revision with prompt customer notification prior to shipment.
Warranty & Repair Guarantee
Repaired units and refurbished surplus automation parts carry our standard limited warranty from the date of dispatch. Coverage is restricted to defects in workmanship and component failure under normal operating environments. Warranty is voided by improper installation, power surges, environmental contamination, unauthorized alteration, or physical damage.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Radwell International's aggregate monetary liability exceed the total price paid by the customer for the specific product or repair service giving rise to the claim. Customers are solely responsible for verifying compatibility, safety fail-safes, and emergency backup configurations within their facilities.
Intellectual Property Rights
Radwell International operates as an independent distributor and repair specialist. Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) names, part numbers, and trademarks displayed on this site are used solely for item identification and compatibility verification. No OEM affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied.

These terms and all commercial agreements shall be construed and governed in accordance with governing commercial jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in competent courts of jurisdiction.
